On top of losing 6 pounds in my first 3 weeks of meeting him, He changed my outlook on food, working out, and living a healthy lifestyle. With being a nutritionist and having a PhD in kinesiology, he knows the body backwards and forwards so if you don’t change, that’s on you. If you happen to have cats, you need to let him know right away as he is deathly allergic. Although he is the best trainer you’ll ever have, do not put his life on the line. “Meeting coach Raven was a life changing event. At the age of 50 it is difficult to go through a body transformation. In 6 months, he helped transform from a 26% body fat to 16%. He constantly works with you to tweak the program and deliver the results. He is very professional and experienced. He is also a very good Human being. In 6 months, we became more of friends.
