I am Dr. Raven Flores, PhD in Kinesiology, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Nutritionist with over 30 years of experience. I provide private personal training to fit real life without disrupting the flow. My focus is simple. Sustainable weight loss, structured strength building, and practical nutrition.
